Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to carry out the study you engage us for, and to keep the records that insurance regulation in Kuwait requires us to keep.
Who we share it with
Only those parties you instruct us to approach on your behalf — your broker, an insurer, a loss adjuster — and the regulator where the law requires it. We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
For the life of the engagement and for as long afterwards as Kuwaiti law and our regulatory obligations require.
